Service Technicians - Detroit

Work Location:  Detroit, MI

Job Summary:  Position will provide support to internal and external customers in the areas of desktop, laptop and peripheral break-fix while displaying stellar communication skills and top-notch customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties:
Primary responsibilities will include:   

• Providing technical support in hardware and software issue diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Performing hardware repairs on customer equipment including (HP servers, desktops, notebooks, tablets, and printers)
• Performing software upgrades and configuration enhancements
• Assisting in computer moves, adds and changes
• Provide Microsoft software support
• System imaging and deployment
• Providing preventative maintenance on hardware by cleaning the hardware and using the manufacturer suggested maintenance kits.

Required Qualifications: 
Qualified candidates should have their A+ certification, experience with software support, troubleshooting, system imaging, hardware break-fix support (i.e. laptops, desktops, laserjet printers), and deployment, and excellent customer service skills.  Access to reliable transportation is required.
