Service Technicians - Dallas
Work Location: Dallas
Job Summary: provide support to internal and external customers in the areas of desktop, laptop and peripheral break-fix while displaying stellar communication skills and top-notch customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties: - Conduct on-site repairs for clients and internal customers; - Troubleshooting to diagnose issues; - Provide Microsoft software support; - Provide hardware support on laptops, desktops, and printers; - System imaging and deployment
Required Qualifications: Qualified candidates should have their A+ certification, experience with software support, troubleshooting, system imaging, hardware break-fix support (i.e. laptops, desktops, laserjet printers), and deployment, and excellent customer service skills.
