Service Technicians - Irvine
Work Location: Irvine, CA
Position: Service Technician Job Summary: The Service Technician will provide support to internal and external customers in the areas of desktop, laptop and peripheral break-fix while displaying exceptional communication skills and top-notch customer satisfaction. · Conduct on-site repairs for clients and internal customers · Troubleshooting to diagnose issues · Provide Microsoft software support · Provide hardware support on laptops, desktops, and printers · System imaging and deployment Required Qualifications: · 5-10 years experience in an IT environment · Proficient use of Microsoft applications, wireless connectivity, proprietary applications, basic palm applications, networking · Exposure to software and hardware support · Excellent customer service skills
