Service Technician - Detroit (424144-2009-10-02)

Location:  Troy, MI

Job Summary:  This resource will be running tickets and need previous experience in break-fix environment.  Experience and knowledge of hardware and software support.

Required Qualifications:  5+ years of experience, A+ certificiation required, additional certifications preferred.  The ability to be on your feet for an 8 hour shift and lift equipment is required.

Travel Requirements:  none

Additional Information:  Excellent customer service skills are essential.  This position is in a manufacturing environment.

Employment Status:  non-exempt (hourly); 6-week contract beginning October 12.
