Printer Technician (204144-2009-10-01)

Location:  Columbus, OH

Job Summary:  Diagnose HP printer issues remotely, identify parts, and remotely assist field technicians in repairs.

Required Qualifications:  Extensive knowledge of HP 4250, 4200, 4050, 4015 and 3055 printers.  Excellent customer service skills.  HP certification required.  WebJet Admin experience or knowledge required.

Travel Requirements:  none

Additional Information:  Resource will work from corporate headquarters supporting locations around the country.  Shift is roughly 11 am - 8 pm Monday through Friday, Saturdays possible.

Employment Status:  non-exempt (hourly)
