Dispatcher (204144-2009-10-03)

Location:  Columbus, OH

Job Summary:  Responsible for managing incoming tickets requesting troubleshooting and repair support for HP printers.  Resource will assign tickets to the Printer Technician, manage third party onsite tech installers through a dispatching system, and communicate frequently with first level help desk.

Required Qualifications:  Excellent customer service skills required.  Knowledge of the ticket escalation process.  Call center experience helpful.

Travel Requirements:  none

Additional Information:  Resource will work from corporate headquarters and closely support the Printer Technician to form a full-time team.  Core hours will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 8:00pm and occasional Saturdays as volume dictates.

Employment Status:  non-exempt (hourly)
